SAILBRAIN PLOT
SailBrain can be applied both to the mast, without being cumbersome in maneuver, and to the forearm of the tactician and is able to provide information on the course that you are doing with your boat, racing or cruising. In the first case can be used to set the position of the race committee and of the starting mark and, once on the timer, you can know the time and distance to starting line, the best end of the starting line, processing and displaying in real time all information of the race, allowing you to set up an unassailable tactic. Setting the true wind direction in degrees before the start, you can see at any time, through also a simple graphical display and thanks to the automatic update of true wind direction in absolute value, if you are sailing on the best side to reach the mark.
You can view from 2 to 8 data simultaneously and so completely customizable. SailBrain is watertight, with backlight, with its own internal battery of approximately 20 hours of life.
Can be used with the keyboard or with remote control and can record up to the equivalent of about 6 races with a chance to review the race just concluded directly on the instrument or, later, by downloading the data on your computer.
SailBrain PLOT is provided with a software that allows analyzing and cleaning of recorded data so as to permit the extrapolation of trusted boat target trusted without the usual, until now, inflated costs.
The PLOT model, available with black and white or color display, which lets you see the boat moving on the race course, the emission of more data, than the GPS model as shown below, and that is supplied with a simple, intuitive, and useful analysis software of the races or training just made.

Using data analysis software, you can analyze reliably the race or training just made and extrapolate the target for the conditions under which the analysis was selected
COSTAL RACE MENU
In case of a coastal race with SailBrain is possible to set 13 real waypoints in addition to the starting line and a possible offset mark. If you just know the coordinates you can place them into the instrument by pc with the possibility to name the race that you’ll play and the sequence of its waypoints.
TRAINING
- Display speed and angles averages during navigation
- To verify the success of tacks in front of the target previously set and of the ideal tack
- verify that the polar navigation that is creating itself is correct in relation to target place
